By using the JewelsRummy app, you agree to our Terms of Use and must complete registration to access services, including Cash Games.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Game Rules, form a binding agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the Services. Updates will be shown in the ‘Notice’ section of the app. Continued use implies acceptance.
2. User Registration and Eligibility
You must provide accurate info. Registration confirms agreement to our terms. Only users 18+ are eligible. We reserve the right to verify age and reject accounts. No politically exposed persons or blacklisted individuals allowed.
3. Game Types
We offer both free and paid games. Each game follows specific rules outlined in the ‘Help’ section of the Application. Users must strictly adhere to these rules during gameplay.
4. Account Management
You may only hold one account. Do not share your login or access others’ accounts. You’re fully responsible for account activity. KYC is mandatory and may be requested again. Impersonation may lead to termination/legal action.
5. Restricted Regions
We do not offer services in Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Sikkim, or Arunachal Pradesh. Attempts to bypass this using IPs or false info will result in suspension and loss of winnings.
6. Payments, Withdrawals & Taxes
All deposits must be made in INR from valid methods. Winnings are credited to your gaming account. PAN and KYC are mandatory for withdrawals. TDS applies per Indian tax laws. Payment misuse may lead to penalties.
